Yes, but don't support icon in .RC file. If I copy CTL3D.DLL to Program Folder, it work fine as WinXP.

This program is 16bits version but it work fine but the 3DLOOK just change. I don't know why?
I copy CTL3D.DLL to windows\system32 (XP) and it works well. Now I use Windows Vista.

Do Vista support 16 bit ?

In 16 bits, I seem to recall that it needed to be in the program/app folder, which is where I've got it. However, I think ctl3d.dll is a 16 bit dll and thus probably not needed in 32 bits, though I'm still carrying it along as a left over piece from the 16 bit days. But your screenshots ...
