I matched all libraries.

My copy of libmariadb64.lib is from version 21.06 dated 7-18-21. Is it possible that has an error or is an older version ? It still asks for libmariadb.dll which should not be correct.

Since you seem to be new to using OOP, may I recommend by two articles on OOP. They are somewhat dated since I wrote them 10 years ago, but still helpful to someone just getting started with OOP.
