Compila en \samples\testfx3.prg Usando FOLDEREX.

Algo está mal. Harbour o [x]Harbour? ¿La versión de BCC64 y [x]Harbour64 és correcta para la versión que usa?

Ok, have understood that FiveWin 64 Bit use MSVC

so have install MSVC but my harbour64 have only MinGW64 or BCC64 but no MSVC64 LIB Folder

so where do i get harbour64 with MSVC64 LIBs

No, no deberías cambiar el SET INCLUDE, no debería ser necesario
Por otro lado: en la carpeta de harbour64 has de tener la carpeta contribs para que pueda encontrar los .hbc que le estás indicando

Tienes en las variables de entorno añadido en el Include

C:\harbour64\include
o En el. Bat
Set incude=C:\harbour64\include.
