Patili, Thunderbird is not MAPI compliant so you cannot use FW's TMail class. You will need to send the mails directly to your SMTP server and you will need a copy of the TSMTP class for this. FW does have a copy of this class, ...

Patili, Glad to hear you solved it. I don't think Clipper can hand UNC paths, so that it probably what was causing the error. You could also probably map the server. I saw that Harbour has a lib called hbsix.lib. I don't know ...

Patili, Both the CDX and NTX RDDs support scopes and compound indexes. I'm not sure what sx_keysincluded() does, so I don't know about that one. You could probably write functions with the same names as the Hypersix functions ...

you will not need MS Link for (x)Harbour.
You just download the binaries for (x)Harbour and the complete Borland or MicroSoft compiler package for free.

Clipper does not support files larger than 64 Ks.

If you don't use the FIELDS clause then you are building a listbox instead of a browse, and in your RC you have defined a browse.
