... it will still go to Bottom but i have "limited" to Object "in Middle" of Window --- Request : would be nice to get "Percent" to use that Value to "o:SetPosition()" when "maximize" use a IMAGE to "paint" SPLITTER

I explained how to make horizontal gradient. We can make angular gradients too and also use alpha colors.
In all cases, final appearance depends on choice of colors and percent values.

... Regarding speed. Your old way of writing code took an order of magnitude more lines of code. Thus you can most likely reduce your code to 10 percent of the original size. These means the objects are usually much faster than procedural code.

My cols is a CHART ( Fw_DrawShape() ). Is not a col with numeric values.

You could probably turn off the cells lines (or paint them white) in the example Uwe mentioned to get a closer look to your sample.
