mira depende que quieres ver necesitaras un agente instalado en cada PC que desees monitorear, si tienes un switch administrable de capa 3 podras acceder alli para ver el trafico que se genera, de capa IP, revisa documentacion de SNMP

I don't have experiencie with SNMP with xHarbour, but you ca see MRTG utility, and implement a xHarbour monitor
