For the first time:
git svn clone https://svn.code.sf.net/p/xharbour/code/trunk/

To update it:
git pull

Both DllCall() and CallDll() are in the xHarbour SVN. I never used them, sorry.

Try using Cwd() method to change the working directory. The source code is in source\tip\ftpcln.prg (SVN). Or you can download xHarbour source code from xharbour.org.
