You have two ways

1-Develop a small aplication/service in Microsoft SMS SDK to use in your aplication.

2-Using Microsoft SMS Sender 1.0 tool. Is a free small aplication for send SMS. You can download at SOFT32.com

Or search on Google with sms api for more.

Please check that you use "SysTabControl32" instead of "TFolder" in your resources.

It looks as the RC files are not sync with the Class TFolder version.
