Re: Windows 10

Antonio, OK ... but you use Bootstrap or Parallels ... and I'm not thinking that's a fair analysis. Something in those systems may not yet be addressed. I would not generalize using them to the overall performance of Win 10. As I said, on my dedicated PC that I'm ...

Re: TGRAPH Repopulate

I just looked at the TGraph code and there are no methods to delete a series of data. Adding such a method would require a fair amount of programming.

Re: Mouseover - Listbox item

Jeff, I am sure it is possible but I think it would require a fair amount of work possibly requiring modification of the listbox control source too. This is not standard behavior so I would advise it. Also, there are some issues that would concern me. Moving ...

Re: Outlook Calendar (prototype)

... emulation ). IF you can use a program like Daniels to fully meet your needs, that is great. However, if you need more, its not ( in my opinion ) fair to expect FiveTech to supply it. That's why we do use some 3rd party products. Tim

Re: FiveDBU for 32/64 bits

Otto, What makes you think I have not given it a fair shot anyway. Is the only way to give it a fair shot in your mind to accept it and to force companies and users to pay for upgrades and use the new system? Can't we have an informed opinion that ...

Re: FiveDBU for 32/64 bits

To all, I have the feeling that many posting about WINDOWS 8/Metro Style are made without even having fair tested the system. WINDOWS 8 should be used as the main OS not from a virtual machine. Then you should try all the programs available through the store. Calendar is a ...

Re: 'N' appears when spacebar is pressed

I also don't have this problem in xHarbour but compiling my module in Harbour solved some other problems for me. To be fair, my xHarbour version is fairly outdated. So far I manage to recreate the problem when dynamically loading keylib32.dll (a dll from SoftwareKey). Still chopping ...

Re: OT: XBase's Advantages Are Fundamental

Microsoft is now aggressively helping developers market new products, and its a free service. Once the logistics ...

Re: Fulltextsearch (to Marco Boschi)

... Option 2 hinges on being able to find out (or figure out) how to skip unused blocks in the file. Option 3 would require the most work since a fair amount of coding would be required. So Otto, there you have four possible solutions. Regards, James
