IZanardo, As funções não são as mesmas, por isso não são compatíveis. A Encrypt/Decrypt pertence ao FiveWin. e a HB_Decrypt e HB_Encrypt e da lib do Harbour, sendo assim, você teria que trocar para usar hb_descrypt/hb_encrypt para ficar igual a ambos. Pelo que sei, o Mod_harbour ...
