a mi me pasó lo mismo con la aplicación de la que te mandé la línea, esa la compilo con hbmake, tuve que volver a generar el archivo con el hbmake para que funcionara, esto pasó despues de actualizar xharbour del cvs despues de varios meses, tal vez vaya por ahí el problema
