Windows uses stuff named 32 but it is 64 bits software

There are tools to inspect them and check the above. 32 bits and 64 bits can't be mixed, sorry.

... you can read: Win32 ActiveX OCX library – “cipwin32.ocx” If it is a Win32 OCX it won't work on 64 bits, no matter what your provider may have told you as we can't mix 32 and 64 bits code
