Solved:

For those wondering, like me, it is a very simple matter using ActiveSync - Explore. Just create a direct access to your app and copy it to your Pocket\Windows\Start menu folder

At least, it has worked for me...

Yes I used the transparent clause in the sample you saw.

This problem appairs only on folder with xp theme,
without xp theme the transparent clause runs fine.

We had a similar problem with the say on folder
but you alredy solved this some time ago.

I found, problem solved. I remove line:
hb_xfree (szId)
now this function works fine again in iPaq hx2410
