En samples\TestMenu.prg tienes un ejemplo de cómo usar aceleradores en los menuitems (MENUITEM ... ACCELERATOR ...).

En los botones, simplemente escribe "&" antes de la letra que quieras que sea el acelerador, por ejemplo: "&Aceptar"

When the accelerator keys don't work, there aren't any open dialogs of MDIchilds.
