Thank you .. We have downloaded it and tested the product and it works GREAT .. The only thing is that when you quit .. it asks if you want to install the product .. we just say NO... I have never said Yes, so I do not know what the program installs ??

Sometimes, if gmail detect that the account is being used from another location it asks to enter a veryfication code.

Maybe this will be the issue.

Can you use another SMTP provider, ie Amazon cloud services?.
