I perfectly understand you and IMHO I think it could be. There are not limits for RDC app in internet and intranet enviroments. I widely use my FWH developments with RDC.

Si Daniel el archivo está en la carpeta c:\bcc55\include\limits.h

limits.h es un archivo de cabecera del compilador de C, verifica que estes colocando correctamente el flag de los includes (-I) para hacer la compilacion
