There is a FWH program on laption's that needs to connect via VPN to a NAS,
Once connection is ok, connect to a database.

We can do it step by step, by clikking on the icons, but can we also do all this from insite the FWH program?

We use NAS. At the scheduled time NAS turns on automaticly, makes a copy and then turns itself off.

En PC 8 nucleos 16 Gigas de RAM , con SSD , corriendo MySql 5.1 , más lento que MariaDB corriendo en un NAS, ARM 1GHz, con 512MB RAM con disco 4 teras.
Para mí, no hay duda, MariaDB.

Si pueden busquen performance de MySql y como se ha ido degradando más y más.
