Dear Enrico,

We have the problem that xHarbour provides a LoadLibrary() and FreeLibrary() from rtl.lib and Harbour does not

How to solve this ?

Comprueba que ese fichero este aqui: c:\xharbour_bcc70_2016\rtl.lib

que es donde le estás diciendo que está
