... with Tesseract the more I realize how good and flexible this product is. Being able to convert to text any image file is a powerful tool for many purposes. I will post again when/if I solve the problem. Thank you.

You can use arrayrdd, a rdd that works great for arrays and maybe it can use for your purposes :D
