La libreria FIVEHMX.LIB es para ser usada con Microsoft y no con Borland.

Debes enlazar FIVEHX.LIB para Borland.

Borland usa el modelo "OMF" mientras que Microsoft usa el modelo "COFF", que es justo lo que te dice el error

FWH user32.lib is OMF format (Borland) and both Microsoft and PellesC use COFF format, thats why PellesC reports it to you as corrupted.

Ese error significa que estas usando una versión de HBSIX.lib equivocada (compilada en formato COFF para Microsoft ó PellesC).

Necesitas la versión de HBSIX.lib compilada para Borland
