... this joke. Can you explain it? :-) Unlike DOS apps, in Windows apps there is only one mode-edit mode. You can use the same dialog for all three functions, add, edit, and view. Build one edit dialog. To view the data, the user just opens it for editing and Cancels when done. To make it ...

The problem (well not so much a problem but just a pain) is that in the application that I am creating I find myself having to create at least three identical dialogs (for add, edit, and view screens) and the only difference between these dialogs is that some of the gets become says etc. etc. ...

... without having to convert each and every form through Corel ? I have notice that TENHMETA.PRG contains a Static Function WMF2EMF at the end, plus three DLL32 calls. Has this function anything to do with converting a WMF to EMF, and if yes how ? The two of the DLL32 calls at the end of the file ...
I deferred employing FiveLinux shortly after purchase for three reasons: 1) It seems that it would not work with up to date versions of xHarbour, only the version specified in the documentation; 2) ALTD() and/or the Debugger could not be used and I cannot ...

There are three C modules in the RDDADS.LIB, ads1.c, adsfunc.c, and adsmgmnt.c. These C modules are those that came with the xHarbour contrib source. There were ...

Well, that is what I would have guessed, but, I am only compiling one PRG using buildx.bat and the error message refers to the _ADS function which is not in my PRG so I assume it is in one of the three C modules in RDDADS.LIB.
Thanks, Antonio, that worked, however I still have the problem. I obtained a copy of the source for rddads.lib and the three files (ads1.c, adsfunc.c, and adsmgmnt.c) are all dated last month. The adsconnect60() function is in the source, so I assume the function is NOT in the source ...
