PSPAD - Free-edition

Postby ukoenig » Wed May 21, 2008 3:10 pm

I used Ultraedit, Editplus2 and some more before.
Now i found a very good editor on :

http://www.pspad.com

free of charge !!!
multilanguage and everything you need.

I checked UE-Studio as well. The options are nearly the same.
In UE-Studio i couldn't see a option to change the language of the editor.
A PRG-template is in PsPad included.
UE-Studio looks a little bit overloaded. Most of the options i don't need.
In PsPad many options are hidden in menues.

Set the editor to any language you need.

just try out
maybe you like it.

Best Regards

Uwe

I have Ultra Edit but I use Multi-Edit. The advantage is it does a great job of auto formatting my .prg files.

A new version was just released for 2008.

I use ConText editor for many years.

It is freeware that can be downloaded at http://www.context.cx.

It's just great to my opinion.

Peter,

Yes, we have the wordfile.txt to properly highlight PRG code.
Here you have it:
http://rapidshare.com/files/116617141/wordfile.txt.html

Also, we provide with FWH the required files to build FWH projects from UEStudio. Please review fwh\UEStudio\fwh.zip file

We have also files for building projects with FiveWin for Pocket PC from UEStudio
regards, saludos

You can use xMate, that´s an excellent small IDE with a good editor and a good compile and make function.

Another good one is MED, from http://www.med-editor.com.

Both have syntax highlighting !
kind regards

Perdón por retomar un hilo tan antiguo, ¿es posible que me envíes una copia del wordfiles.txt? angel@sigev.com
Gracias desde ya
