I think Rick and Avista have some good points. Nobody is converting from DOS and Clipper to Windows anymore so it is of little value to promote that on the FW website.

I think showing a very simple FW program in Visual Studio with comparisons to an equivalent C program also in Visual Studio would be great screenshots. Also, showing the running EXE's from the same sample programs would be good. It would be obvious how much simpler the FW program is than the C program.

When FW can be fully integrated with Visual Studio, then you can show that FW is a complete modern programming language.

In order to get younger programmers interested you have to show them why it is better than the languages they are using now.
