He was a great help to us all in our Clipper days.
Many of us used the tools which were developed or provided by Phil.

Thanks a lot, Phil, for all your efforts.

My sencere condolences to his family, friends and relatives.

Wow, I was just looking for The Oasis this morning. Sad news. I never met Phil, but I did converse with him. He will be greatly missed.
