SWITCH class not clear

If I made

COLOR CLR_GREEN, CLR_GRAY ;
THUMBSIZE 16 THUMBCOLOR CLR_WHITE
if I create a smaller switch control in a dialog you can see that the edges are not sharp i.e. the edge is not straight
How I can resolve ?
