combined voice recorder and file upload

Hello friends,

I have now expanded the file upload APP to include a voice recorder.

Especially on the construction site, when you work with gloves and take photos for documentation, it is often difficult to comment on the photos right away with keyboard.
So you can simply add a language attachment.
