Carsten,

> Interne Datenstrukturen besch

Thats the message that they report for a GPF.

The current FW++ version is 2.7. Are you using 2.4 with Xbase++ 1.9 ?

Hallo Antonio,

The problem is: Only the entire program in this size shows this behavior. I observed again and again, which the error some versions did not emerge later any longer. I make gladly the entire program available, however a SQL server is needed via ODBC and the entire SETUP routine must go through.

Carsten,

Have you consedired to migrate your application to Harbour/xHarbour and FWH ? In our opinion, its the best 32 bits Clipper language solution and we have 100% full control.

Oh! Rather not! Our experience says, which a system change does not function nevertheless so simply and smoothly. The program is productive in the use. Up to this error, since approx.. the program arises to 2 weeks stably ran. Perhaps nevertheless an idea at which corner one a little to screw could.

Carsten,

But you are experiencing the situation. The application was stable. Now it is not. You have no way to reproduce the problem and Alaska is not going to help you. So what you are going to do ?

In our opinion, Xbase++ is not stable as Harbour/xHarbour are. But, most important, with Harbour/xHarbour we have full source code and many ways to trace a problem like this. How do you plan to solve this random GPF ?

We have many customers that have migrated from Xbase+++ to Harbour/xHarbour in a matter of a few days and with full satisfaction.

Carsten,

Already processed.

Yes, it is a very good idea to check with the most recent Xbase++ and FW++ code.

Antonio,
Thank you for the fast reactions. The Progamm runs already with fiveWin++ 2,7 and Alaska 1.9. So far no problems and stably. Tomorrow we will test and will report it afterwards here in the customer environment. Again, thank you
