Mis programas los tengo en c:\TSBrowse y este archivo .prj en c:\TSBrowse\Lib, para que te funcione como a mí, deberás copiar los programas TSBrowse a una localización similar o deberás ajustar las rutas a la localización que estás utilizando.
Así mismo a continuación te muestro el script "library" que estoy usando en UEstudio\Configs\xHarbour:
