I´m using NSIS, it´s a free very good installer, similar to InnoSetup.

If you want to have a similar look as InstallShield, there is an additional UI (user interface) you can use.

Prueba en esta direccion aunque te hara falta nsis, yo es con el que mejor me he aclarado, esta en castellano y entre otros lo usa el progrma emule. http://hmne.sourceforge.net/ primero instala el nsis y despues este : Hm Nis Edit Ya veras que facil ...

Tambien puedes probar NSIS de nullsoft, es open source y va bien. Lo puedes bajar de http://nsis.sourceforge.net.
