if not : there is a Tool called Valkyrie which can de-compile Cl*pper Apps

it will not be so easy using VALKYRIE to get back CODE

VALKYRIE is a 16-Bit App so it will not run under 64 Bit OS
also EMS is need else only 640 Kb is available

all Variable "Name" are "lost" so you have to figure out what Variable "mean"
it look more like PPO Code than PRG Syntax
