New Harbour for Pocket PC build and new FWPPC

IMPORTANT: Please recompile all your PRGs, and also modify your batch or make files to use DBFFPT.lib and HBSIX.LIB instead of DBFDBT.lib.
Please download and reinstall Harbour for Pocket PC and FWPPC too. It is also highly recommended to rebuild your indexes.

IMPORTANTE: Por favor recompilad todos vuestros PRGs, y también modificad vuestros ficheros batch ó make para usar DBFFPT.lib y HBSIX.LIB en vez de DBFDBT.lib.
