IDE, Tools and Libs...

IDE, Tools and Libs...

Postby LordJonas » Sat Aug 01, 2015 5:07 pm

Hi everyone...

It's just a simple question:

What is your IDE, what tools and libs are you using ?

It may seem a odd question but to me it'll provide a handfull of info about the way to prepare my development environment.

:D

Thanks

I use FWH's Fivedit as the source code editor and project manager:

https://bitbucket.org/fivetech/fivewin-contributions/downloads/fivedit.zip

Full source code provided so you can modify it as you want to and also you can include it in your own apps :-)
regards, saludos

Hello,

Here are some of the tools that I use at the moment.

-Editor: gVim (http://www.vim.org/) (because the color high lighting works well, in notepad++ I could not get this working well)
-Searching files: Total Commander (http://www.ghisler.com/)
-dbf tools: Libre office Calc (https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/calc/) , DBF Viewer 2000 Free Trial (http://www.dbf2002.com/)
-SQL tool: Heidi SQL (http://www.heidisql.com/)
-SQL database server: Mysql (http://www.mysql.com/downloads/)
-Clipper Compiler: Xharbour123 with C compiler: Borland 5.82
-Library: Fivewin 2015

Best regards,

Pieter
