Does anyone have an Outlook module I can incorporate in FWH

I have the opportunity to build and bundle a workflow program for one of my State clients .. my only problem is I do not have an Outlook ( o365 ) client or account to test an email generated through FiveWin.. what the specs on this software does is to create a workflow app that is sent from one person to another for their approval.

I do not want to go outside their Outlook environment .. probably using MAPI .. I have a cdo module but this forces e-mail to be sent off site thru gmail, live mail or other internet clients. I am hoping someone has created a way to generate an outlook e-mail and sent it internally thru the clients own internal e-mail server.

I would appreciate anyone's ideas and some examples on how I can accomplish this thru an internal on premises Outlook file server.
