Error with tsbutton

tHERE IS AN ERROR FOR TSBUTTON BECAUSE WHEN I TRY IT THE PROCEDURE CREATE ONLY A BUTTON AND NOT LOAD THE RESOURCE WHY ?

Is "OMB1","OMB2","OMB3","OMB4" in an .rc file you are linking into app?
