I need to read (extract) data from PDF file. How can I read or extract it?

I'm using PdfToText.exe command line utility from here:

Dear EMG,

Thanks once again but I need extract without 3rd party program. I found "PDFREAD.PRG" in samples folder but I cannot get it work.

Program will not working properly, If PdfToText is missing.
