Increase the map scale

Increase the map scale

Postby Natter » Mon Sep 27, 2021 6:36 pm

Hi,

In my own task, I work with a map. I am increasing the size of the map container (for example, by 30%) and I want to increase the map scale by the same 30%, respectively. How can this be done ?

Natter,

I don't think you have given enough information for anyone to be able to help.

Is the map an image you already have or an online map such as Google Maps?

Is the scale a separate image from the map, or something you are drawing on the map image?

The card can be any. This is not a matter of principle. For example, the current map scale is 1x100000. When you scroll the mouse wheel, the map scale increases (according to the set step zoodelta: ) and becomes, for example, 1x10000. I asked about how you can calculate the number of iterations of zooming in on the map in order to get an increase in this scale by 30% ?
