How to determine date of forum message posting?

How is it possible to tell the date one of these messages was posted?

The "posted" date on my screen says:


Posted: 1111-2323-05050505 Post subject: Re: How to determine date of forum message posting?


I see - this is translated to November 23, 2005. It was difficult to decipher at first, given the repeating groups of numbers.

Does everyone's date display like mine, or, perhaps it is a date format option I have choosen?

I wonder if the formatting difference is due to a country setting on my computer?

Normally, I view dates as mm-dd-ccyy as shown below.

You can try going to Profile, then under Preferences check the Date Format field. Mine has a value of

Mine is mm-dd-yyyy

I changed to D M d, Y g:i a as suggested and now it works fine. My display now is:
