IPAQ to IPhone

I would like to ask you about the possibility of a transmission from IPAQ to IPhone.
If we now develop an application for IPAQ, will it be possible to compile it for the IPhones as soon as they are available here in Austria.

Hello Ruth,

The IPAQ and the iPhone use different operating systems. IPAQ is based on Windows Mobile and the iPhone is based on Mac OSX.

We are going to provide as much compatibility as possible between the IPAQ and the iPhone, but there will be some differences, as when you try to access low level functions, you will be managing different operating systems.

On the high level (PRG code) they will be very similar. Our advise is that you develop an application simple and easy to be used. Keep in mind that an iPhone is designed to be used with the fingers and not with a "stylus", so you have to consider it when you are going to design the user interface of the application.
