Antonio

I have just noticed I am not getting the FW error.log file with FWH 1408 .. the program just quits and writes xHarbour Error Log??

I have not changed my link order, has something changed ?

Thanks

The return you get bValid the value is a logical value?

Cristobal

The return value was nil and I was using a Valid statement that should have returned T or F .. however, the program did break ( as it should ) but the FW error dialog did not pop up .. the program just quit .... writing the xHarbour log instead of FW.

It appears that the FW error program works under certain situations but in this case where the Valid was requiring T or F .. the program broke and just quit with the associated log I posted :(

Thanks

Had not understood your question
Sometimes I had to add the file to the project errorsys.prg

Antonio

I can not get the sample to NOT give me the FW Error dialog .. I have re-compiled several of my programs and introduced errors and I get the FW Error.... it has something to do with the current program I am working with .. it is a HUGE program which uses ADO and MS Access.

I have taken small portions of the program and introduced errors and I get the FW Error generator :(

I sent you a personal email for your help.

Many Thanks

Antonio

I was able to compile and have it fail correctly ( when the program breaks ) on my laptop producing the correct error.log. My desktop was due for a re-format anyway. After re-loading my desktop .. the error.log problem corrected itself ..

Probably just a 'disturbance in the force'

Rick Lipkin

ps .. still outstanding is the group issue with the Windows Manifest and xBrowse tabbing thru edit_listbox

Rick,

Any disturbance finally balances ;-)

Sorry about the group issue, I am busy with unicode support for FWH 14.09 and I simply forgot it...
