You mean in this forum? Just upload the image to some where like http://www.imageshack.us and simply paste in the URL generated by imageshack. Note that imageshack offers 2 method for displaying images using [img] BBCode. The format used by phpBB is:

which you can see when you place your mouse pointer on the Img button
