Paolo asks the server for Pippo´s IP, then Paolo starts a direct connection to Pippo.

sorry but i not understood

can I connect all clients to same ip static where i connect the server prg?
I saw popmessenger (Ifound it on google)
it not use server run program

it see how many clients there are on the same local group lan.
And it connect to all clients


I saw popmessenger connect to a ip 255.255.255.255 on broadcasting or it use tcip and port 8174.

I not understand why I cannot create it same in fwh.

it can a utility for all. but i understand it not interest to all.

I hope someone found a soltion in future...

Hi

Really need to establish how this communication will occur. Will the chat clients poll the server at some interval? Or will each chat client run as both a client and a server - ie both sending messages / commands and waiting to receive them?
