Received, thank you. Probably brc32.exe doesn't support 32 bit icons. Try to reduce them to 24 bit or use rc.exe.

Update: just remove the 256 x 256 icon and it will work with brc32.exe!

Anyway the ICON is NOT final. I will have another ICON which is being created. but your guide will help me to get draw ICON from the designer.
