Hello Rochinha,
thank you for the information.
The links are useful for me too – for another purpose - but it is not really what I am looking for.
ROM is as far as I know the “WINDOWS CD” for a PDA and with ROM kitchen software you can create a setup: “your own WINDOWS CD”.
What I would like is a windows installation without internet, mediaplayer my own software included.

You need search about Windows Embedded CE, a platform for generate person installation of OS.
