Program Authentication

We have moved onto Windows Mobile 5 (aka 2005). In this OS, Microsoft has adopted a routine to authenticate programs. If not authenticated, the first time your program runs, the user gets the dialog shown below. Anyone know what must be done to avoid getting this?

After more Googling, I found the answer. It of course involves paying money!
