Intento compilar con harbour y me tira ese error.
que libreria me esta faltando?

Muestra el que intentas hacer ó post el error.log.

Cuando quiero compilar, compila, pero al momento de linkear tira esos errores:

Que vérsion de harbour y FWHX usas? no se encuentra referencia a este error en la web. Extraño... jejejejeje. Saludos.

Tienes que enlazar hbcommon.lib
