Pregunta "Replace existing table...?" (SQL)

Hola a todos,

Cuando utilizo:

oConDB:ImportFromDBF( cDBF, cTable, ...)

si la tabla ya existe el sistema me pregunta "Replace existing table...?", es posible omitir esta pregunta y que por defecto realice la importación?
