Problemas con ZipFile()

Problemas con ZipFile()

Estoy tratando de utilizar la funcion zipfile() con harbour y bbcc5 pero al linkarlo el borland me dice que la funcion no existe, alguine si tiene la respuesta a mi problema por favor denme una mano.
