Antonio o Rao, es posible que el header y el footer del recsel, tome las mismas características de las otras columnas, le quita consistencia, ya que actualmente, tanto el titulo como el footer tiene apariencia flat

You want the recsel header and footer be painted with the same gradient as columns' header and footer,
As of now, this is not possible. Good suggestion and we will provide it soon.

Again right now, it is possible have the recsel header and footer painted exactly like columns' header and footer only when you choose FLAT style.
