questions about 64 bits and FWH

I am not sure if hbmk2 is able to echo its work, in such case it may be usefull to know what it does for bcc 64

Viktor told me he added support to bcc64 to let build Harbour.

Also, when calling hbmk2 you can see the flags used to compile.
