Problema al actualizar a Windows 10

Buenas noches
Algun compañero que me pueda indicar por qué en este equipo con Windows 7 Profesional (original, claro) y 2 Gb de RAM no permite actualizar a Windows 10: me indica CPU NO COMPATIBLE

Pero no hay manera
Me dice que no soporta NX aunque lo he habilitado en la BIOS
